-Oversee and manage all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, planning and design, securing entitlement/zoning approvals and building permits, project due diligence and scheduling, RFP responses, project budgeting/underwriting, and construction reporting.-Quarterback real estate development project, including coordination with Architect, General Contractor, Engineers, Consultants, Brokers, Marketing team, and Development team.-Set up and ensure development schedule, report monthly on job site status, review monthly contractor draw requests.-Assist in creating and maintaining detailed development budgets and cash flow projections.-Target, research and evaluate potential leads through pro formas and other financial analysis.

Thoroughly reviewed architectural and design plans to drive quality and cost effectiveness. -Consulted and interacted daily with general contractor, interior designer and architect in making effective, time-sensitive decisions that would result in delivering the house complete on schedule. Coordinated and led weekly progress meetings between all parties involved. - Facilitated a deal between the buyer and seller that resulted in the most lucrative Naples sale since 2015 at $17.7MM.

-Provided leadership and management oversight of a luxury waterfront residential development project called Naples Casamore that resulted in $38.1MM in sales. As the developer’s sole representative in the US, provided a hands-on approach in managing the daily operations and financials of the project. Worked closely with the architect, contractor, designers, lawyers, and realtors from pre-groundbreaking thru post-construction marketing and sales. As of June 2014, all twelve units have closed, at an average price of $3.2 million. -Worked with investment team members to create a 2010-2014 fiscal operating budget. Prepared and maintained financial projections, monthly draw requests, and related accounting processes for the development and operation of the project.-Led the interview process and selection of new team members, beginning with the architect, general contractor, interior designers, marine contractor, lawyers, and real estate brokerage.-Aggressively managed the construction of 2 model homes and 10 shells within an intense 13-month schedule in Phase I.-Negotiated contract terms and upgrade selections with buyers to customize 6 of the units, adhering to a 6-month construction schedule in Phase II (interior construction). -Created a budget and led the design and build-out process on 4 spec units, which all sold pre-completion. -As President of Naples Casamore Association, Inc. tended to daily operations of the condo association and interacted closely with the twelve current homeowners.

-Reconciled Private Bank Clients' accounts on a daily and monthly basis for client reporting accuracy.-Researched discrepancies among investments held in client accounts using alternative data sources.-Coordinated with other operations units on issue resolution.-Created/modified transactions in the OneSource system to accurately reflect the clients' financial statements.-Interfaced with Capital Markets middle office for hands on reconcilement of top clients' accounts.
