- Supervisor to multiple Cyber Transport Systems Airmen. - Perform Unclassified and Classified network operations. - Planning, installation, configuration, testing, implementation, and management of the systems environment in support of the organization's IT architecture and business needs. - Install, upgrade, replace, configure, and maintain LANs,WANs, and network devices such as: routers, switches, hubs, VoiceOver IP (VOIP) systems, Virtual PrivateNetworks (VPNs), Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and servers. - Use various routing and switching technologies such as VLAN, STP, Trunking, and Channeling. - Have in depth experience of using routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. - Establish security measures with firewalls, network encryption devices, and Access Control Lists (ACLs). - Provide L2/L3 sustainment by troubleshooting performance issues, and perform configuration backup, update services, while monitoring network characteristics. - Configure and maintain multiplexors for long-haul communications. - Deploy, operate, and sustain expeditionary computer networks and telecommunications systems. - Responsible for training Airmen on expeditionary computer networks and telecommunications systems.
