In this role, I led Newfront's Product Management and Product Operations teams. During my tenure, we launched new products to expand our focus beyond Property & Casualty Servicing with 0->1 initiatives focused on Employee Benefits and data advisory products.

Over the course of 2.5 years, I led a number of initiatives as part of the Business Operations organization to help Newfront scale from series B ($XM revenue, <100 people) to series D ($XXXM revenue, >700 people). From January 2021 to April 2022, I grew & led a team of 6 business operations professionals to work on high priority, strategic & operational projects. I also led a back office operations team of 20 from March 2020 through April 2022. My work spanned strategy (corporate, business unit, product), corporate development (ops lead on $1.35B M&A transaction, $2.2B series D fundraise), business management (ops lead on board updates, business reviews, planning), analytics (interim owner of data stack), and operational improvements (co-led initiative to reduce cost of service by ~50%, product lead to automate ~20% of policy data ingestion).

Extensive experience working on growth topics for software & hardware companies. Selected as a fellow with Fuel by McKinsey for an 18 month rotation supporting all aspects of the pre-IPO ecosystem.My work spanned a variety of strategy & growth topics, including M&A (multiple >$XB transactions), product strategy, pricing & packaging, customer success, and sales strategy.
