Customer Success Manager
Current- Oversee 300+ accounts within Visiting Media, providing top-notch customer service and engagement with our flagship product, SalesHub.- Spearhead onboarding and training processes to reduce ramp-up time, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive long-term adoption of product features.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams to address customer feedback, increasing feature adoption and improving product-market fit.- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with clients to ensure alignment with their goals.- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle.
