I work with the employer to balance cost, manage compliance, and build benefit packages that help them retain and attract great employees. I work with employees to help them maximize the value of the benefit plans being offered through education and support.

I am responsible for attracting new members as well as engaging our existing membership. I educate the senior staff of our membership on how they can best leverage their TANGO membership. TANGO is a community created specifically to help non-profits save money on the best professional service firms. Because of our large member base, non-profits have access to discounted rates and exclusive educational events. All that a non-profit has to do is join - and joining is free.
