• Quantify, Update and Follow up MEP materials needed in the site.• Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate MEP works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;• Coordinate with the design team to ensure integrated delivery of system.• Comply with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and perform work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.• Arrange the Work Inspection Request (WIR) for the site activities to be submitted well in advance and join the inspection with the client Engineer to ensure approval of the WRI.• Coordinate with Procurement department for the delivery and pending materials on site.• Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings;• Inform Project Manager/Line Manager on any technical / site problems arising; Raise an RFI if necessarily.• Supervising the progress of Electrical work on site;• Reporting work progress to the necessary party;• Coordination of sub-contractor’s work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.• Provide Daily and Weekly progress report.• Arrange the RFI for the site activities to be submitted well in advance and join the inspection with the client Engineer to ensure approval of the RFI.

•Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the approved shop drawings and specifications.•Identify non-conforming work or materials, notify contractor and keep a record. Follow up corrective and preventive measure taken by the Contractor.•Oversee and inspect all electrical & instrumentation work and ensure that installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.•Receive material inspection requests (MIR) from contractor, inspect electrical & instrumentation materials delivered at site and report on quantity and technical compliance and sign off requests.•Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of Electrical works ensuring compliance with the contract documents.•Issue NCR/SOR any questionable methods of operation and failure of the contractor to conform to plan, specification, poor workmanship and unsafe works.•Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawings reflecting in details the as-built conditions and approve the As-Built drawings.•Participate with the QS for progress payment evaluation in all electrical woks.•Lead weekly safety meeting and prepare minutes to be issued to the client and contractor.•Attending with ADM representative for site inspection regarding health and safety if required.•Liaise with all parties for strict implementation of health and safety on site
