I serve as a member of the Board of Directors of an arts organization with a mission to help build inner strength and confidence to children and adults through active participation in music, art, theatre, dance, cooking, martial arts, and humanitarian service. My role as a member of the Board of Directors is to help procure funds to help perpetuate the various programs offered at the Leavitt Center, home of Empower Humanity. I love the arts and I firmly believe that everyone should be able to participate in the arts regardless of their background or financial status.

Development of professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurses' associations, state and county medical societies to apprise them of the availability of services. In charge of implementing programs and protocols that provide improved home health care and hospice services. Serve as a public awareness representative. Responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services available through the agency.

Develop relationship with multiple health care facilities and doctors, delivering effective solutions to patients with respiratory disease. Our pulmonary education programs seek to benefit the patient through a foundation of carefully- collected research, data and medical expertise with our state-of-the-art oxygen systems.

This is a direct sales and marketing company that I started in 2004 that generates direct sales contracts and turns them into corporate asset purchase agreements. Contracts range from $1200 to $2500 individually and sold in bulk to multiple companies for up to $500,000. I have personally sold over $2.5 million in direct sales contracts in this industry and trained multiple sales teams for 15 years in the art of sales and team building.

The Leavitt Center Facility is a beautiful newly remodeled 10,000 square foot building with elaborate moldings, chestnut stained panel doors and recessed light fixtures. There are 5 main areas that may be rented. Brand new bathrooms and kitchen facilities are available and central to all rooms. Each room features its own ceiling mounted speaker systems that can be controlled by your MP3 player. The Auditorium is beautifully remodeled into a classic theater, perfect for productions, hosting recitals, plays, seminars, video screenings, weddings and class space. Maximum occupancy for the space is 300 people. The dance floor is a beautiful space perfect for yoga, ballet, jazz, martial arts and dance. It showcases a 55 foot full length mirror and 1,000 square foot gorgeous bamboo floor that is the envy of all who enter. The gymnasium is beautifully remodeled with a myriad of can lights in the ceiling which creates an ambiance for just about any mood you would like to create. It’s perfect for receptions, dances, cultural programs or sporting events like volleyball or basketball. The music suite has high 10 foot ceilings with lots of recessed can lighting. It's many windows, high ceilings and lots of light creates an ambiance of good energy. This is perfect for any musician, artist or even small group gatherings. The conference room is perfect for small group meetings. It will host a beautiful wet bar for professional round table discussion and we have a private studio for rental as well.
