We partner with traditional searchers during their initial capital raise while also providing gap investment capital to both traditional and self-funded searchers alike.Roles & Responsibilities:On a very high-level, I run all the operations and marketing efforts and serve as the initial point of contact for most people who come into contact with the firm. Much of GTE’s success rests on my shoulders as it is my responsibility to connect and procure partnership opportunities in addition to making sure everything is running smoothly internally. My role forces me to wear many different hats each and everyday, blocking and tackling a wide variety of problems and challenges as they appear.Example responsibilities:• Executed brand new visual refresh with new logo, colors, and marketing collateral to better fit target market (did not outsource creative work; completed all myself)• Created a more formalized go-to-market marketing strategy for the new direction of the firm and identified core and secondary KPIs to report upon to GTE's executive team• Building and managing relationships with prospective, current, and former searchers/aspiring CEOs• Managing the entire hiring process for new hires from sourcing to onboarding• Managing and running all aspects of the internship program experience including delivering on weekly educational seminars and guest speaker lectures as well as managing daily responsibilities.• Reviewing prospective searchers' private placement memorandums (PPMs) and evaluating whether or not we want to move forward with them• Running financial models on potential business acquisition targets for search partners and providing opinion• Presenting on search-related topics at top MBA programs across the country
