I am an experienced global product line manager with over 21 years of experience in the power generation industry, with specialization in gas turbine combined cycle, cogeneration, and simple cycle technologies.After graduating from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, I started my career as a field engineer specializing in commissioning and testing of heavy duty gas turbines. I then transferred into various engineering technical leader roles specializing in thermal performance evaluation of power generation equipment. After gaining field experience and the importance of true Customer Focus, I progressed into various program and project management roles where I learned new product development/introduction and the skills required to project manage large complex turbine-generator upgrade outages. My next progression was into a more business leadership role within product management where I have learned, and still learning, how to successfully bring together technical expertise, market understanding, and leading a cross functional team to define and drive full life-cycle product strategy.
