I completed my curriculum in the Mass Communications Foundations course at the Defense Information School, located in Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, Dec. 9, 2021. I have been trained in photography, videography, multimedia, journalistic and narrative writing, as well as graphic design to include training in various adobe products such as Illustrator, Lightroom, Premier Pro, In Design and After Effects. I have 2,448 hours of training. I can also provide full resume upon request.

I graduated from Altierus Career College, in Colorado Springs, and shortly after began full-time massage therapy at Hand & Stone spa. I was trained in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Shiatsu massage, prenatal massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, and pin and stretch massage. I am insured up to $2 million through the American Massage Therapy Association through September of 2022. I have three years of experience in massage therapy, and continue practicing privately.
