The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the Information Systems incident management and asset management processes are adhered to by all IS Support Center staff. This position will directly supervise the System Support Technicians at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center. Overarching to all responsibilities is maintaining a focus on employee engagement, well-being, Luminis Health goals, and delivering exceptional customer service directly and through IS Support Center staff.This position has authority to perform supervisory duties including but not limited to hiring, evaluating performance, issuing final disciplinary actions under the review of Human Resources, and recommending discharge in collaboration with members of management and Human Resources.

• Responsible for handling all project and move requests submitted through JIRA.• Asset management documentation, replacement of various types and classes of hardware, and contacting vendors and service providers for asset/system maintenance.• Assists AAMC staff with obtaining quotes and estimates for projects, moves and other efforts.• Monitors and maintains all open service requests orders. Follows up with cross functional teams and customers as necessary.

• Responsible for technically supporting the following: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/ or current MS OS, PC hardware and peripherals, printers, internet access, remote access and third party applications, including Meditech and Alec related applications. • Performs level 2 computer and systems associated functions in a help desk atmosphere including answering phones, providing technical support to end users from all AAMC locations and document calls in call tracking system.• Enter and track all trouble calls into problem tracking application (JIRA), follows-up with users in a timely manner to ensure problem resolution and take proactive measures to prevent recurrence.• Maintain and operate computer equipment used by the AAMC staff, including repair and maintenance. Provide assistance to vendors and outside support personnel when needed.• Responds to calls from computer system end users requesting assistance and take appropriate action; utilizing a variety of equipment in desk-side assistance to users.

• Build, configure, and install PCs, laptops (Microsoft, dell, and Lenovo), VoIP telephones, printers, routers, and switches.• Use and assist users in the operation of different software. (MS Office, Medinformatix EMR, Epic EMR/EHR, Screen Connect, Citrix)• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a range of software, hardware and connectivity issues of approximately 350 users, from 11 different sites. • Assisted in the completion of hardware and software rollout in the transition from Medinformatix to UMMS Epic.

• Expertly managed the Maintenance and repairs of 45 spaces with equipment valued at upwards of $300,000. • Coordinated work assignments within own personnel and outside contracted workers.• Provided leadership and training to 22 personnel to increase productivity. • Supervised watch team of 10 personnel in daily operations, including evaluation, inspection, and discipline. • Identified and maintained a display of the movements of ships, aircraft, missiles, and natural objects by observing radar. • Documented and maintained a living file to update and log work history for all personnel qualified to perform preventative maintenance. • Performed preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all ships sensors and radar systems.
