As a sophomore in high school, Jet's Pizza was my first job. I started by out answering phones and taking orders while washing dishes in between. Since I had never dealt with customer service or operated on a phone before, it was baptism by fire. After a handful of botched orders I got the hang of it and began to really enjoy taking phone calls. This was my first step into the world of sales. Throughout my tenure I moved up and my positions included salads & subs, cashier and pizza cutter.
