Projects ranging from Class A office space to tech based labs/development and engineering spaces, data centers, and site improvements with contract values up to $110M. Typical Responsibilities: Budgeting/Estimating: Develop detailed project cost estimates at all stages of project development from the Conceptual Design, Test Fit and Schematic Drawings phases through the development of complete Construction Documents in order to establish accurate GMP contract values. Engineering: Provide analysis of the means and methods to complete projects, value engineering, cost control through thorough planning and project modeling, conflict resolution, project constructability/pheasability, design review and input, Architectural coordination, MEP coordination, field construction coordination and site management. Project Management: Provide monitoring of schedule, costs, and quality of construction. Act as a conduit between Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors to provide quality projects delivered on time and on budget. Provide complete financial analysis of projects and complete accounting of all project cost liabilities and receivables.
