As the Production Incharge, I oversee both Graphics & Lighting team and the Sound team. I train new members of the team in the roles they are assigned to and equip them with knowledge to troubleshoot any problem that they may face.

I set up and present the slides for the service, and set up lighting for the service.After the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, the church service had to change to online streaming and there was many changes to the operations of the church services. To make matters worst in this uncertain time, there was many challenges with our online stream and we have to troubleshoot often and adapt to the new system.I frequently serve in special events like our July(7th Month) Ge-Tai event, Hymn Night, Church Anniversary, and Annual Church Camp. Serving in these events has helped me to grow to be more adaptable especially when Covid-19 came and to think on the spot.

As a Administrative Assistant, I help out with all the administrative needs of my church. Some tasks i have done are Compiling of addresses, Mail Merging, Designing some simple labels.

As the Quality Assurance Intern, my responsibility is to assist on streamlining, digitalizing, and automation of quality related workflow, support technological data flow processes and conduct statistical analysis on historic data. I also assist in the department’s audit activities and CORE activities such as process analysis. To help prepare the data and conduct analysis, I used tools in excel like Power Query to help me Clean and transform the data. Using analytical reasoning, I conducted analysis on data to investigate patterns, trends, and insights that we miss in our everyday life. I was able to provide valuable insight from the data given to me. In addition, I help my company to develop interactive dashboards and trackers in excel to see the overall picture at a glance. Other than conducting analysis on historic data and creating dashboards and trackers, I constantly seek to improve and automate these processes with Microsoft VBA. I draw from my programming experience from my school to help me plan, think, and program the codes to automate the processes, driving efficiency and reproducibility. To ensure reproducibility of my works, I document my thought processes, considerations, challenges faced, and steps when carrying out my tasks, and when I find a solution for these challenges and pain points, I improve on them. The internship experience in Eagle Services Asia has broaden my perspective in the aviation MRO industry in Singapore. The connections and many meaningful relationships forged in the internship has helped me to grow as a life-long student, an employee, and as a person, to seek quality in everything I do and to not compromise in face of pressure.

During my time in 18 chef, I was mainly serving food and drinks and occasionally take order and cashier duties. It was rewarding as I get to work with people of diverse backgrounds and culture. It challenged me to think critically when there was as issue and communicate clearly to avoid further turn backs during peak period.

During my time in 108 Matcha Saro, I was involved in making the food products that the store sells. I also did cashiering duty when there is a need. Soft skills like communication and team work is crucial as it can be hectic during peak hour.
