After working in the Partnership for 9 years I was promoted from Supermarket Assistant to Team Manager on a secondment basis. After my six-month secondment, I was made permanent becoming the first Partner to achieve this. I am responsible for the Retail Management side of the store including daily operations, controlling shrinkage, as well as implementing operational change.- Shop lead in the government HFSS legislation.
