Additionally, I lead and assign tasks to the technical team and apply project management principles to IT projects from initiation to completion.Key Responsibilities:Monitor contracts and agreements, ensuring accurate renewal and billing schedules.Manage document collection and archiving, ensuring systems are updated.Analyze risks, opportunities, and maintain effective internal communication.Oversee accounting functions for the IT Services Group, liaising with internal departments on bill payments and invoicing.Support technology project teams, contributing to various roles as needed.Create and manage tickets for IT to track client requests through resolution.Handle procurement processes, including purchase orders, inventory tracking, RMAs, and shipping.Manage license/warranty renewals to prevent service disruptions.Support project managers and business leaders in project execution.Maintain and review the IT & Security product catalog, analyzing pricing and cost.Ensure availability of resources and equipment.Manage vendor relationships, including partner selection, pricing, and contract management.Track costs for IT & Security catalog items, including goods, support, and margins.Identify opportunities for process improvements in purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, and catalog management.Maintain asset and license documentation for internal and client environments.Manage and resolve Salesforce cases efficiently.
