In this role I have driven major gains in efficiency by optimizing stored procedures and reducing audit file review times from 1-3 hours down to 5-40 minutes. This accelerated audit finalization by over two months with a reduced headcount. I am currently modernizing our reporting by transitioning from Excel to Power BI. I have also demonstrated an ability and desire to learn and utilize new data tools including Databricks, SQLWorkbench, Toad and Amazon Redshift. This role is a continuation of the same role at Advantasure after my department was absorbed back into Blue Cross.

During my time working as an Aerotek contractor for Terumo Cardiovascular I was responsible for developing and implementing data verification protocols. This verified data was then used to support the release of the next-generation CDI 550 which successfully cleared the FDA's 510(k) process in November of 2018. In addition to the digital data, I performed reviews of the hard copy printouts to ensure there were no discrepancies between the different data sources.Please see my resume for more information.

In this position I was responsible for assisting the Lab Manager with the proper allocation of tasks and responsibilities for undergraduate RAs as well as ensuring they were completing their work. If any issues or hangups were found, I provided my support in any way possible to continue to forward trajectory of the lab's projects. In addition, I continued my previous responsibilities of Research Assistant. In this position I was part of a joint Neurolinguistics project which investigated the evolution of syntax. I performed subject screening, recruitment as well as behavioral and fMRI data collection and analysis.
