My daily activities include managing inventory and helping customers get the products they need. I coordinate and communicate between the different employees on the floor to make sure all products are organized and that their needs are met. Every day there is a list of jobs that need to be completed such as receiving, shipping (bill of lading), organizing inventory, and processing open orders.I help unload the pallets that arrived and organized the products to their specific location. I have gained management and teamwork skills from the jobs that I complete every day.

I currently work at Thermopeutix, Inc., a medical device manufacturing company. I am in charge of the company’s Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Shipping, Inventory, and answering the phone. My daily activities include purchasing necessary goods for the company, paying bills, assembling orders for customers, managing current goods, and working as the receptionist, respectively. I have learned how to follow strict procedures and guidelines that are put in place by the company, as well as how to work in an office environment.

I worked tech support with Apple in their college program, particularly on their portable, iOS devices. I would take calls from customers and would help them through their issues and get their products working again.
