  General Counsel for one of North America's largest steel fabricators and providers of snow removal equipment. Head of Compliance for all local, state and national issues. Manages EPA stationary source requirements, air and water permitting, DOT compliance, hazardous waste control and removal. Manages all OSHA compliance issues, from safety programs at manufacturing facilities, safety manual maintenance and oversight, to OSHA investigations. Head of HR compliance for all North American operations, covering both union and non union locations. Oversight over collective bargaining, union contract issues, and arbitration. Manages and trains on all HR related compliance issues, including FMLA, ADA, ADEA wage and hour, and anti-discrimination policies. Direct management of all EEOC issues. Involvement in negotiation and direct oversight all company contracts in the areas of engineering services, procurement, real estate acquisition, industrial development grants and financing, intellectual property, onboarding, international transfers, employee/independent contractor and separation agreements, facility and corporate office leases.Oversight, of company insurance policies covering full risk profile of company locations and operations. Assists plan administrator in benefit plan development and enforcement, including medical benefits and stock plan.Litigation management of all open litigation items, including contractual disputes, employee litigation, real estate/lease disputes, insured claims, and bankruptcy issues. As a Director and Corporate Secretary, in charge of corporate compliance and protocol for Board of Directors meetings and operation.
