I evaluate the loan underwriting and credit administration practices (i.e. term and structure loans, including length, interest rate, conveyances and pay terms, work-out strategies); and evaluate performance on correcting issues specified in formal and informal enforcement actions related to the lending function at member banks.

Being in commercial banking, my purpose is to effectively manage current clients needs along with client development with the area of focus being in Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. My goal is to give my clients the best banking experience with an emphasis on the customer experience.

-Collect, prepare and analyze financial statements of existing and prospective clients-Assist lender to establish terms for extensions of credit, i.e. costs, repayment, collateral requirements, etc.-Prepare credit presentation (write-up) and spreads on clients and review results with respective loan officers and submit for Officer’s Loan Committee following established policies and operating procedures for audit, security, and regulatory compliance.-Service existing portfolio by monitoring for credit deterioration and informing Officer’s Loan Committee via a Credit Alert and being proactive in customer concessions.-Contribute to timely renewal of maturing loans and aggressively working with lenders to minimize loan delinquency.-Update and ensure the integrity of pricing model and loan grade model as necessary.-Manage daily overdrafts if senior analyst is out of the office.-Assist loan support staff in coordinating documents for recording, ordering appraisal title work, etc. as well as gathering information for incomplete files.-Review loan files for compliance to the bank’s loan policy in regards to loan collateral evaluation, credit quality, officer’s lending limits and unusual documentation. Note all exceptions and initiate discussion with the lender. -Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner.-Provide reports for the board, examiners, and auditors as assigned.-Monitor monthly and quarterly financial statements for the loan support staff.
