Lead and participate in compliance matters involving drafting and implementation of standard operating procedures and policies (including ABAC/Good Business Practice statements) as well as being a centralized point of contact for all business units requiring company secretarial support. 6. Keeping management updated with periodical board papers, listing of contracts, and other administrative documents to foster good governance across the group entities.
