1. Handling full spectrum of contracting lifecycle of operational commercial agreements related to the device buy-back/trade in, device financing, device protection, and device supply industry for both B2B and B2C markets at a regional level.2. Assisting in general corporate advisory matters impacting the group entities across multiple jurisdictions including but not limited to share transfers/sales, limits of authority, performance bonds/guarantees, tenancies, and leases and ensuring all legally binding documents are in place.3. Advising on data protection requirements in Malaysia and implementing privacy policies, terms and conditions, and consent forms for the use and processing of customer data, where it is collected by the group entities and liaising with external counsels for the same in other jurisdictions. 4. Handling pre-litigious matters such as sending Letter of Demands, negotiations of settlement agreements/consent judgements as well as liaising with external counsel on all litigious matters affecting the group entities. 5. Lead and participate in compliance matters involving drafting and implementation of standard operating procedures and policies (including ABAC/Good Business Practice statements) as well as being a centralized point of contact for all business units requiring company secretarial support. 6. Keeping management updated with periodical board papers, listing of contracts, and other administrative documents to foster good governance across the group entities.
