- Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of the Thomson Reuters Elektron Real Time (ERT) network and the Integrated Data Network (IDN) in North and South America- Represent the ERT and IDN infrastructure at Major Incident meetings and on the Global Service Forum for service impacting issues- Manage and execute a regular schedule of Disaster Recovery and Network Isolation tests- Provide service management input and sign-off for project delivery on ERT and IDN- Actively seek opportunities to minimize costs and maximize efficiency through proactive analysis and process improvements- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure global alignment of focus and priority as necessary to ensure operational process consistency- Define and sponsor complex projects related to capacity, service and security- Single point of escalation for service issues within the infrastructure for customer facing groups and account teams.
