Working as a special assistant with MNASR, I have had the privilege of working 1 on 1 with and individual with special needs during a recreational activity. More specifically, I have also been a camp counselor and have spent 2 summers working with a younger child with Down syndrome. I also maintained consistent communication with various external shareholders and department leads for both Compliance and Talent, and was involved in the introduction of new projects standards to other team members.
