Turning problems into solutions is what has enabled me to have a successful 5+ year career at a senior operations management level. Across these years I have managed a multitude of functions including Production, Warehouse, Quality, H&S, Planning and Engineering. Each of these have their own nuances but all are driven by the same goal, sustainable continuous improvement.
