I’ve had a fascination with Digital Marketing since my Uni days back in 2009. During my final year I won a 30 day SEO challenge and as a result landed an internship with an online diamond retailer. This gave me the first taste of what it was like to work in a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing team and I was hooked! Early in my career, I worked as part of in house marketing teams for a small online education company, Europe's biggest software company and a small tech startup. These very different working environments gave me great insight into how different types of businesses work and how they measure success from their marketing teams. Though I learnt a lot from these businesses, I felt I was only scratching the surface.Working as a Digital Strategist at one of the UK’s leading Digital Marketing Agencies, I gained a huge amount of experience with a diverse portfolio of clients, planning and implementing award-winning digital marketing campaigns. Over the course of 4 years, working with some amazing clients I felt I was finally pushing the limits with what was possible for businesses to achieve in the digital space. Not only did I learn about the technical aspects of digital marketing, but also how to manage a team based in multiple continents to make sure we delivered the results promised to clients, often exceeding their expectations and winning awards along the way. Now I work with businesses to better integrate their marketing activity across all the different digital channels to really drive growth and profitability. Building bespoke digital marketing strategies and providing the tools and guidance to deliver the plan and build long lasting partnerships.
