Established and managed the Management of Change Committee (MOC). The MOC committee was responsible for analyzing and approving/denying, any and all design changes and improvements for Towantic Energy Center. I lead the implementation of capital projects that improved Plant reliability and production ultimately increasing profitability. I saw these projects through their scope, budget, design and project management cycles into completion in upwards of $1MM. Supported month end reporting to the governing agencies and owners. These reports compiled Plant production, fuel consumption, environmental compliance and overall performance. -
