I am also a Wellness Center Attendant at the Onalaska YMCA. My main duty is to make sure everyone in the Wellness Center is exercising and not disrupting others. I also have other tasks, such as folding towels for members to use, cleaning floors and equipment, and answering any questions our members have. For our members, I will change TV channels if requested. I can also answer any question regarding our exercise machines or specific exercises if a member asks.

I am currently employed as a Youth Sports Coach and Game Official for the Onalaska and La Crosse YMCAs. I have coached basketball and am now beginning my soccer season this spring. I have coached and officiated kids of many ages. These kids can be anywhere from ages 6 to 12. I also coach and officiate for both girls and boys teams. As a coach, I run or assist practices and camps. I will guide the kids through drills and games during these practices and camps. As a game official, I enforce the rules depending on the age group playing. I also make sure to explain each call to help the younger kids learn and understand the game better. I will also communicate with parents and coaches if they have questions.

Coached U13 girls and U12 boys in the summer. Coached U9-U18 boys and girls soccer camps in the winter.

I am an assistant coach for the La Crescent Boy's Junior Varsity and Varsity Soccer Teams. As an assistant coach, I helped more with individual development. In games and practices, I could talk to players individually whenever I wanted to give my advice on what they could improve. I acted as head coach for the Junior Varsity team for one game and for a few practices. I realized that I could not do as much individual teaching and had to focus more on the entire team and game or practice at hand. If I planning on coaching this upcoming fall. This will be my second season as an assistant coach.

As a stockroom associate, I helped in several stockroom departments. My usual duties entailed online orders. I would get items on the floor, bring them back to the stockroom, pack them, and label them to be picked up or shipped out of the store. In the stockroom, I would help reorganize or clean parts of our backstock. As a cashier, I would check out customers. I could also answer questions of pricing, current sales and specials, and locations of specific items.

My main responsibilities were cleaning and customer assistance. For example, if a customer had questions about the location of an item, I would direct them to a section of the store. I would also answer questions on pricing and weekly or upcoming sales. For cleaning, I would keep the registers cleaned and take back misplaced items. Also, I would occasionally bring the shopping carts back into the store from the parking lot.
