With over a decade of leadership experience, I have honed a diverse set of skills in management, operations, strategic planning, and team development, making me an ideal candidate for high-level leadership roles. My extensive background in the cheerleading industry, combined with my entrepreneurial experience, has equipped me to lead organizations, drive growth, and foster team success across multiple industries.In my current role as co-owner of Genesis Athletix, I lead all aspects of the Allstar cheerleading program, including staff management, program development, and operational strategy. I am responsible for overseeing the gym’s day-to-day operations, ensuring business growth, and driving the success of both athletes and coaches. This has required me to develop strong skills in leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and customer relations.As the former Allstar Cheerleading Director for Indiana Ultimate Fort Wayne, I led the successful launch of a new location, implementing long-term growth strategies and overseeing the development of coaching teams and athletes. My ability to manage multiple teams, streamline operations, and foster a positive and high-performance environment was key to the program’s success. These experiences have equipped me with the skills necessary to lead larger teams and manage complex organizational needs.

I currently (mainly in the summer), have a hand full of school squads that employe me to create their competition routines for their competition season. I am responsible for creating very original routines, as well as coming up with their routine music.

Making sure that each coach inside of the program is following proper progression deadlines and skills, as-well-as making sure no team is falling behind.
