• Results: Integration patterns appeared to interfere and cooperate with AML1-ETO expression, giving rise to possible insertional dysregulation of oncogenes flanking the LTR integration site
• Results also indicate that insertion may not be random and that ras signaling (a well-known cancer pathway) may be prevalent in these cell lines
