• Handles cash allocation team by supervising monthly receipt allocations including checking and posting of Receipt vouchers for all clients• Handles client’s online bank accounts, monitoring transactions and verify swift messages.• Check and approve reversals or adjustments in cash position reports• Ensuring that all accounts are updated and that payments and collections are recorded accordingly.• Coordinates to roaming partners/operators if there are discrepancies in their invoices or payments.• Coordinates to clients if there are queries concerning allocations.• Resolve/Handles problematic cases such as unidentified and unmatched collections. • Responsible for Bank reconciliations, monthly revenue report and month end closing• Prepares and generates monthly financial reports, cash position, settled and unsettled reports, ageing and ledger• Handles fund transfers, coordinating to bank for FOREX deals, balance confirmations, online access and other related matters.• Contributes in designing the Receipt automation system• Assist payments team in checking and releasing funds, and accomplishing related results.

• Preparation of monthly cash position report (Branch)• Verify bank deposit slips versus daily cash collection report• Monthly Bank reconciliation of head office and branch account • Validates check and journal voucher entries• Approved Inter- branch transaction (IBT)• Monitors expense account and analyze unusual balances• Coordinates to branches if there are adjustments or reclassification's to be made in their Financial Statements• Monthly review of Profit and Loss of Branch particularly the expense side in order to check if all transactions were properly recorded• Audit of revolving fund replenishment of Branches such as petty cash, payroll, airfreight expenses, rentals taxes and others • Analyzing and approving of journal entries on Inter-branch transactions (IBT) • Prepares monthly Bank reconciliation • Assist in preparing the monthly financial position report • Validates RNC Collection (Metro Manila area) • Performs cashier function and assist in funding branch transaction through electronic banking• Physical inventory count of Property & Equipment• Labeling of equipment• Prepares monthly inventory report • Prepares schedule of Depreciation for Office equipment• Inventory count of Junk Equipments that is to be appraised
