The Solution Design & Implementation team is a small and agile, project based team within the organization that is responsible for designing and implementing large or complex projects. As part of the SD&I team, we are responsible for the planning and implementation of software solutions and IoT infrastructure in hotels and multi-family buildings. Working closely with other members of the team, the core objective is to implement a solution that aligns the client’s business requirements with Operto’s product offerings.Key Responsibilities: • Working directly with clients, internal teams, vendors and contractors to understand project requirements. • Creation of execution plan and Statement of Work to present to clients as part of the sales process. • Establishing and agreeing timelines and keeping projects on pace. • Sourcing of hardware where required. • Sourcing and qualifying installation partners. • Execution of implementation plan according to Statement of Work. • Coordination with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. • On-site supervision of installation where required. • Full end-to-end testing in preparation of project sign-off. • Handover of live solution to Operto CS team.
