I am a business attorney with experience in many areas of the law that affect small businesses. For many clients, I act as an outside general counsel, handling a variety of business and corporate matters that arise in the ordinary course business. I work with clients in early growth stages as they fundraise and offer securities, as well as working with clients as they approach and complete M&A transactions. Provided legal support to attorneys in Office of General Counsel through legal research and writing. Provided research and writing work product in the following areas: contract common law, federal law, statutory interpretation and legislative history, and energy law.

Negotiated and wrote crude oil purchase agreements. Negotiated business solutions during Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Developed and analyzed crude oil refinery economic models. Optimized economics of crude oil purchases and transportation.
