Managing Director at the Heart of Suffolk Distillery, Bacton, and The Secret Distillery, Bury St Edmunds.Since opening in 2018, we have been driven to produce high quality, artisan spirits and have become an established brand within Suffolk. From 2022 onwards, we have introduced contract distillations into our repertoire and regularly produce spirits for other companies. These include bespoke labels, bespoke gin in our bottles and completely independent gins, bottles and labels.We are continuously building our contract distillation portfolio and thoroughly enjoy all aspects of customer product development. As an individual, I am also passionate about embedding systems and protocols within education settings, due to my previous career.
