- Supported Alky/PCU/SRU/FCU's/VRU's- Lead the 2006 Alky TAR and Project ($80m+ budget) process safety work to ensure that all site and company process safety regulations, requirements, and expectations were followed fully.- Developed and implemented refinery process and personnel safety policies, including Incident Investigation, Use of Nitrogen, and Entering a Process Unit.- Represented Process Safety for multiple refinery units with regard to OSHA 1910.119 compliance - ensuring that the management of change process was implemented correctly and that proper investigations were completed after all qualifying incident, among other roles.- Acted as site Subject Matter Expert for IDLH/Inert catalyst change outs throughout the plant, from an HSSE perspective.
