As a Manufacturing Operator at EBAD Moorpark, I apply my skills in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing with precision to produce high-quality products for the aerospace and defense industry. I graduated from Buena High School in 2020, where I developed an interest in engineering and technology.Before joining EBAD, I worked as a Production Team Lead at Pemko, where I manufactured custom-spec aluminum continuous hinges for various applications. I was responsible for prepping, milling, packaging, and labeling the hinges, as well as operating a stand-up forklift and managing inventory and people. I contributed to the efficiency, safety, and quality of the production process, using my skills in continuous improvement, manufacturing, and lean manufacturing. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to enhance my performance and support the organization's goals.
