I have been working in the field of developmental disabilities for nearly eight years now and have gathered valuable experience regarding mental hygiene law/participants' rights, medical policy and procedures, and communication skills both with participants and coworkers. I am currently in school earning a degree with an emphasis on paralegal studies; I have just begun, but so far I have enjoyed learning about office software applications, Internet research, and the rudiments of the paralegal profession.
