U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba

Managed the morale, resiliency, and family readiness program at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, led 150 staff and volunteers in the execution of 11 diverse programs that supported all military base residents. Developed and delivered resiliency training to all Guantanamo Bay residents addressing issues of isolation within the Guantanamo Bay community due to COVID-19 lockdown and quarantine procedures.

3D Marine Aircraft Wing, Mcas Miramar, San Diego, Ca

Managed and oversaw the facilitation of morale, resiliency, and family readiness programs for the Marines and Sailors at Marine Aircraft Group’s 11 & 16. Served as Suicide Prevention Training Program Director for the Third Marine Aircraft Wing, training and certifying over 750 Marines and Sailors as Suicide Intervention Care Givers.

Managed and oversaw the facilitation of resiliency and family readiness program for all Sailors, Marines, and military families stationed at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.

Presidential Retreat Camp David, Thurmont Md

Managed and facilitated the program that supported the diverse religious ministry needs of President Barack Obama, his family, guests, and all service members at Camp David. Assistant Camp David Historian, oversaw all tours of the Presidential Retreat and, as head-docent, personally conducted tours for guests of the President, including numerous Presidential Cabinet members and senior government officials. Curated and managed historic presidential Camp David artifacts. Coordinated guest service support during Presidential visits for the President and his guests. Assistant Media Coordinator for the 2012 G8 summit, coordinated movements of the international press for the duration of the summit to key events, including press briefings and bilateral meetings between the G8's heads of state and heads of government.

U.S. Naval Support Activity Naples, Italy

Managed installation religious programs consisting of 7 distinct faith groups and over 200 volunteers, facilitating religious ministry support for all residents of the the NATO Naples, Italy community. Coordinated all international community service volunteer projects for the Naples U.S. military community of 8,000 service members and family members.

Managed religious ministries programs onboard the USS Iwo Jima, home-ported in Norfolk, Virginia. Provided program management support for the provision of religious needs for all military personnel involved in Joint Task Force Katrina in 2005 and U.S. and allied nations civilians during the Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation in Beruit, Lebanon during 2006.
