I created and produced graphics for specialized and branded apparel for this premium manufacturer of headwear, apparel and accessories serving the corporate, pro golf, resort and college markets. I developed and executed branded merchandise strategies for high visibility sporting events including USGA, PGA Tour, US Open, and LIV Golf. Seamlessly collaborated and communicated with the brand, product development and sales teams, and external vendors to ensure design integrity and highest quality of products, while managing project details and schedules to meet critical deadlines. I trained and coached new hires on design standards, brand guidelines, and production best practices and procedures, and supported the design team during periods of high volume and project overflow. Highlights included:•Successful management of complex projects from concept through final product delivery, leveraging effective communication with overseas manufacturing to ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery. •Developing and implementing an internal workflow management system to manage production processes for custom products for EU and Australian distribution, improving order tracking, team communication and delivery timelines. •Continually being selected to produce customized headwear for golf player Jack Nicklaus at events and course openings. •Creating customized applique labels and bejeweled designs for apparel, ensuring graphic and color requirements were met and designs were executed according to specification and delivered on time. •Producing internal marketing materials for employee events and holiday parties. •Managing artwork files and storage system on the internal server, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure proper file formats and quality production under tight timelines. •Being recognized for commitment to excellence, teamwork and producing highest quality work with annual merit increases, performance awards and promotion to a senior role in 2008.
