Manage a team of approximately 30 people focused on providing solid financial and business support. Significant accomplishments include: - Finance lead for all M&A activities within the business unit, to include the finance lead for the L3 NSS acquisition, which is the largest acquisition CACI has done to date.- Financial lead for evaluating and developing business cases for all new business opportunities- Financial lead for long and short term financial planning to include monthly close process and long term strategic planning- Improved cash flows and profitability on targeted programs, ensure the business group meets all financial and operational goals.

Profit and Loss responsibility and Operations responsibility for the CACI Business Systems Solutions (BSS) operating group with annual revenues of ~$300M. Responsible for all financial activities and reporting of the operating group. Management of the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and variance reporting process. Significant accomplishments include:- Financial lead for project start up of several multi hundred million software development programs.- Lead for developing the next generation of internal budgeting and financial forecasting tool.- Lead for multiple internal cost control teams to reduce CACI operating costs.
