Nearly three decades of diverse healthcare experience spanning multiple dimensions of healthcare delivery, research, business development, sales, marketing, and consulting across med-tech, pharma, and precision medicine related commercialization strategies. This experience has afforded me the opportunity to build teams, culture, and infrastructure, as well as developed the strategies and executed on the business plans to help drive global commercialization efforts of a disruptive technologies.Leadership across Cardiac, Orthopaedic and Gynecology devices, where I was responsible for developing institutionalized value programs, created outcomes-based risk sharing contracts and device pricing models, developed both procedural and chronic disease economic models, and became a nationally recognized leaders focused on healthcare reform. In my leadership of a consulting company, I was able to develop a strategy to expand consulting services across industry partners, working with dozens of medical devices, pharma, health insurance companies and health IT firms; I helped these clients to develop commercial value propositions and strategies to accelerate commercial growth. I presented on the impact of healthcare reform in multiple forums and published a dozen articles related to the clinical and economic implications of new payment models of the ACA and managing economic risk.
