He serves as the Manager and President of the firm, with the primary responsibility to oversee all business development, design, project delivery, and financial viability of the firm. He is personally involved on a daily basis in business development, executive client management, design QAQC, project management, and strategic facilities master planning. Ryan developed and facilitates the firm's SMPP (Strategic Master Planning Process) process, which is a collaborative, knowledge-based, stakeholder consensus process intended to create buy-in to project solutions - thereby improving client satisfaction.CORE Architects is the evolution of the firm Ryan founded in 2008, JC Pierce LLC, to deliver strategically sound architectural and project management solutions to clients in K-12 Education, Healthcare, Municipal, and Commercial market segments. With a professional staff of 19, the firm specialized in the Strategic Planning, Programming, Design, and Construction Management of projects in the K-12 Education, Commercial, Higher Education, Sports, and Municipal market segments. Mr. Pierce founded the firm to deliver high quality design, unmatched value, and uncompromising service.
