Ryan joined Propper Construction Services (“PCS”) in 2022 as Vice President bringing an additional $1.2 billion in national multifamily Transaction Experience to a diverse roster of commercial real estate industry veterans. Prior to joining PCS, Ryan spent 15 years leading multifamily acquisitions and dispositions for a national private equity real estate firm where he was directly responsible for the sourcing, financing, and closing of 18 institutional quality Class-A multifamily rental communities totaling 5,481 units. The depth of Ryan’s network and experience is aimed at driving strategic growth and direction toward the expansion of PCS’s private portfolio of institutional quality Class-A multifamily real estate by adding another layer of diversity to an executive team from a variety of commercial real estate backgrounds. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Missouri - Columbia in 2007 with a triple concentration in Finance & Banking, Real Estate, and Economics. Ryan is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker.

Ryan has been with The Michelson Organization for 15 years and is responsible for identifying new multifamily real estate acquisitions and securing debt and equity financing of commercial real estate with a specialization in multifamily rental housing in locations across the country. Ryan has been directly responsible for sourcing and closing the acquisition of $850 million in income producing multifamily assets across 18 properties totaling 5,481 units along with additional transaction experience including mortgage refinancings and partnership recapitalizations totaling $94 million and dispositions totaling $322 million for a Total Transaction History of over $1.2 billon.Ryan is directly involved in all facets of every transaction including deal sourcing, price and contract negotiation, detailed financial analysis and due diligence, arranging debt financing, sourcing equity financing, and organizing and negotiating complex ownership structures. Ryan has worked with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, regional and national banks, life insurance companies, and CMBS debt providers. Ryan has placed equity with many institutional and private capital providers and also played an important role in the formation of a programmatic real estate joint venture and a $300M closed-end discretionary fund. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Missouri – Columbia in 2007 with a triple concentration in Finance & Banking, Real Estate, and Economics.
