Managed and trained 500 security team members across multiple locations worldwide in incident response, force protection and physical security for assets worth billions of dollars and the safety of over 50,000 personnel. Led and responded to over a thousand incidents varying in complexity from initiation to conclusion and briefing high-ranking officials on the response. Responsible for the evidence collection and processing and oversaw the reporting of each incident with distinction.

As LAN Manager, Information Security Manager and Information Management Officer (IMO), I ensured all Dignitaries or world leaders in the area had the required communications means to complete all aspects of their operational mission requirements and meet security requirements across multiple classified network, teleconferencing, cellular and VOIP. Troubleshooting equipment in a technical environment during live operations. Conducted user training for policy and procedure of using classified systems with over 400 personnel across multiple classes. This necessary user training was to ensure all classified systems met standards, prevent any spillages and ensured the policy for the multiple classification of information was clearly explained and understood. Initiated new processes for streamlining installation transitions to accommodate DV visits and services required. Facilitated operational planning, notifications, and general communications across multiple federal and foreign agencies.

Server & Cloud Administration- install, configure, manage and advance the usage of IT resources on premise, in the cloud or in a hybrid environment to meet the technology needs of major organizations. Concepts include: Windows Server workloads, networking, authentication and authorization, active directory, cloud models and Azure administration. Utilized Linux, Windows server 2016 and 2019 in full stack development to create a ground up employment of cloud services in both Azure and AWS.
