• Proven debug skills of mixed signal devices and communication system environment. • Extensive experiences in defining setting up experiments and collecting experiment data using BERTs, spectrum analyzers, frequency synthesizer, VNA, TDR, logic analyzer, DCA/real-time oscilloscope.• Strong understanding basic RF circuit and transmission line theory. Familiar with simulation tools such Advance Design System, HSPICE. • Drive feasibility analyses at onset of product definition phase. Evaluate and specify electrical characteristics and performance of device and system to determine compliance and appropriate regulating standards. Take cradle-to-grave ownership of product through hand off to product engineering for production launch.• Provide technical coaching and guidance to internal & external sale, act as “AppWiki” for cross functional team members.• In depth knowledge of past, current, and future technologies of optical components such as lasers, detectors, optical switches, modulators, and optical filters.• Experience in high-speed PCB reference design utilizes strip line, micro-strip, transmission line, and impedance matching.• Familiar with data, voice communication standards and protocols such as IEEE 802.3bs 200Gb/s & 400Gb/s Ethernet, OTU, SONET/SDH, Fiber Channel.• Highly motivated.
