Systems Administrator
Current- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of systems, software, support, problem determination and resolution of enterprise Microsoft based systems, including, Data security, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Hyper-V, telecom.
- Provides regular reporting and infrastructure change recommendations regarding usage, resources, problems, changes and other utilization statistics.
- Recommend and perform routine monitoring/checks of software, security, operations, procedures, and patches.
- Functions as a primary technical contact for all system and software problems.
- Development and presentation of company-wide e-mail and account security training for company data loss prevention.
- Served as interim IT Manager for six weeks, assuming responsibility for IT purchasing, budgeting, invoice approval, IT Vendor main POC, and remote site setup/teardown coordination. Continuation of Desktop Support.
