I have a passion for problem solving and have focused this passion in the world of Income Tax over the past 20+ years. This world has allowed me to work with individuals and companies of many different sizes across many different industries. One thing holds true across all of them, every one has faced a tax issue at some point and needed help to address it. This is the sweet spot where my technical expertise comes to benefit those I work with.Additionally, I've extended my Problem Solving Passion to building strong, expert teams within a large organization. This challenge was especially close to my heart as I built a team of 30+ members consisting of drastically different skill sets that worked together in 8 different offices across Canada. Building and managing this diverse team offered many opportunities and challenges for me to develop my leadership and management skills. The key ingredients were learning what the strengths of each team member were, supplementing them with other team members of complimentary skill sets, establishing ground rules for them to operate within, and supporting them in achieving their goals.

I'm grateful for many of the opportunities I've been given in my life and happy to bring my many years of experienced to Clark Robinson CPA's where I will be providing accounting and tax services to their clients. Clark Robinson CPA's is one of the largest of the CPA firms in my home town of Vernon, BC. They serve clients throughout BC by providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services. The Clark Robinson team is made up of 25 dedicated professionals who have developed very close ties to the community and to their clients over the past 30 years. I am proud to call this my new home and look forward to working with the firms many clients.
