Ryan was formerly a Manager in KPMG's Transaction Advisory Group with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and financings. Ryan provided mergers and acquisition support throughout a transaction from pre-deal evaluation through to completion and post-deal integration or separation. Ryan's mergers and acquisition experience included cross-border transactions in the United States and Europe.
