I have over nine years of experience in business analysis and product management, and I hold a certification in SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager. My mission is to deliver software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders, and that align with the strategic vision and goals of the organization.In my current role, I work closely with my scrum team to gather and document all the requirements for the features to be developed, using customer journeys, mock-ups, and technical sequence diagrams as tools to guide the design and implementation process. I also collaborate with the business to obtain their feedback and approval before the development process, and to ensure the quality and usability of the software.
