The position involved the planning, building and implementation of systems in order structure the financial division of Warwick Cover, a subsidiary of Warwick Wealth.Oversight of the day to day and operation activities of the finances of the short-term insurance division of Warwick Wealth.Duties included:Processing and consolidated of monthly debit orders for binder clients amounting to R24+ million per annum.Implementation of appropriate systems and internal controls and maintenance thereof.Construction and preparation of various business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory policies, procedures and legislation from an internal governance perspective as well as in accordance with the FSB, FAIS and other regulatory bodies and legislation.
