Critical components include customer experience (CX), APIs – connecting trading, custody, clearing, digital payments, and AML/KYC and other cybersecurity measures.Moreover, leveraging AI and RegTech solutions to streamline operations, scaling, ensuring timely regulatory reporting, establishing and measuring OKRs are essential elements of reducing operational risk.However, the cornerstone of success still lies in effective relationship management, collaborating with key partners - both external and internal, demanding and setting clear communication expectations, adeptly managing setbacks, and cultivating a highly engaged team backed by strong executive support.
